Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order with Levels Glam, you are reserving an item that is currently out of stock or soon to be available. By making a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment: We may collect a partial deposit or full payment at the time of checkout. Your payment method may be stored for the remaining balance, which will be charged upon fulfilment of your order.

2. Cancellation:

• You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Once a pre-order is fulfilled, and the item is on its way, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Refunds: All fulfilled pre-orders are final sale. For any issues regarding returns, please refer to our Returns Policy.
